Entec’s shareholders, directors and senior managers get an absolute kick out of seeing our people learn, grow in their roles and progress their careers with Entec. We have a very active apprenticeship programme and we seek other ways to train and develop new skills and to provide new career growth opportunities. We have numerous families within the business with two generations working with us, that’s testament to the fact that we’re doing something right.
Strengthening our business means growing, broadening and de-risking it. We have enjoyed great success in diversifying Entec’s product and service streams, the customers we work with and the industries we work in. The energy industry has always been the cornerstone of Entec’s business. We are now at the forefront of decarbonisation, helping our customers to transition to new energy sources and building towards New Zealand’s future carbon neutral economy.
