Showcasing our Prefabricated Plant Rooms

Featuring at Electricity Engineers' Association Conference 2024 and more…

Following the success of last year's attendance, we’re excited to announce that we’ll be hosting another exhibition stand at this year’s Electricity Engineer’s Association Conference down in Christchurch from September 10th-12th.

With great representation across New Zealand’s electrical engineering community, our stand will primarily focus on our Prefabricated Plant Room (PPR) solutions.

PPRs: From New Zealand and Beyond

Apart from hosting a dedicated stand at this year’s EEA Conference, we were also invited to showcase our Prefabricated Plant Rooms in the most recent issue of Australasia Power Technology’s Transmission and Distribution magazine.

The article highlights our full end-to-end process from designing, manufacturing, and installing these PPRs wherever you need them.

We’re seeing continued growth and demand for Prefabricated Plant Rooms in both New Zealand and Australian markets. They’re a great vehicle for us to showcase our great workmanship and innovative designs, especially when we have total control over the entire process so that we may reach every client’s exact requirements. They also offer us a great springboard into wider industries and regions. We truly love the product and love building them for our clients.

In recent years, we’ve delivered over 40 PPRs in both New Zealand and Australia. With the number of new projects ever-increasing, a couple of current projects we’re completing in our own backyard and across the ditch include:

  • A large Switchroom for a new power station in Darwin, Northern Territory.
  • Supplying of control rooms and switchrooms to a large battery-storage project in Queensland.
  • MV substation built for HV Power, installed at Lodestone Energy’s Kohira Solar Farm, near Kaitaia.
  • Electrical Switchroom for a remote mining operation.
