You keep coming, we keep building!

Apart from delivering our high-quality instrumentation and electrical projects and services, we’ve also been busy building, supplying, and installing one of our highly regarded product offerings to the New Zealand market—our Prefabricated Plant Rooms (aka “PPR’s”).

Built to your specific requirements, all of our plant rooms are prefabricated and factory-acceptance tested in our workshop before being delivered to the site.

Our clients are recognising the cost, programme and safety benefits of having their plant rooms built and fitted-out off-site, ready for “plug and play” installation.

Our plant rooms typically contain a range of components such as switchboards, motor control centres (MCC), and control panels, all of which we have also built. We routinely integrate client-issued items such as VSD’s and MV/HV switchgear into the design for installation at the Entec factory as well.

We’ve built many rooms, and - to spare modesty for a moment - we've become really good at it. We will call on our past experience to design and build a plant room quickly, efficiently and to an extremely high-quality standard.

Once we understand the basic requirements, we can produce a concept design and budget price. Building our own internal components, such as the switchboards, allows us to design and coordinate these items under our own control; this means fewer parties for the customer or consultant to manage, and the prefabricated plant rooms are designed and tailored to your application needs. They are manufactured offsite and then shipped, ready to be installed on your site. Factory Acceptance Testing is conducted at Entec’s premises in New Plymouth, a 5-minute drive from the airport for convenience.
