Our I&E projects teams based in Taranaki and Taupo – some of New Zealand's key energy provinces - conduct work across all parts of the country. An I&E project may comprise of anywhere in between 20 to 40,000 labour hours. We bring the same focus to quality and safety, irrespective of the project duration.

Apart from standard I&E Installation and Construction, we also excel at instrument tubing systems - pneumatic and hydraulic control systems. This is an increasingly rare offering in the market, an old craft that requires great skill and experience, but is less commonly trained within the industry.

Pneumatic control and chemical dosing systems

Entec’s I&E team also has specialist expertise in the design, manufacture and installation of pneumatic control and chemical dosing systems.

Scope of supply

• Design – we collaborate with our clients and their consultants to optimise a system design, aiming to provide the best functionality and reliability, at the lowest manufacture and installation cost.
• Specification and supply – Entec’s purchasing power allows us to procure components at excellent pricing. When required we can incorporate client-supplied components into the scope.
• Manufacture – panel-based and skid-based systems are manufactured in our clean and ISO9001 accredited workshop. Factory Acceptance Testing can occur prior to site delivery.
• Installation and commissioning – Entec’s team of instrument fitters, electricians, instrumentation technicians and inspectors can provide a full installation and commissioning scope, right through to the delivery of the final QA dossier.
